Designed and executed a compelling marketing campaign for Euronics, a leading Portuguese home appliance store, aimed at enticing customers back to the physical stores post-pandemic. The campaign, titled “Essência,” was meticulously crafted to remind customers that the essence of life’s simple and meaningful moments lies beyond the digital realm. Leveraging television, radio, social media, and print as key transmission channels, the campaign effectively reached and engaged the target audience, effectively conveying the message and driving foot traffic to Euronics’ brick-and-mortar locations.

The essence

COVID-19 has taught us a valuable lesson about the true essence of our lives. It forced us to adapt and reimagine our surroundings, prompting a rediscovery of what truly matters. In light of this, the “Essence” campaign emerged, focusing on the core aspects of human nature: our senses and the need for genuine connections. Its purpose is to serve as a reminder that our lives extend beyond the digital realm.

As commerce reopens, the primary objective of the campaign is to entice individuals to step away from the digital world and embrace real-life experiences once again. “The Essence” campaign invites people to reengage their senses, encouraging physical interactions, experiences, and meaningful exchanges.

How the essence happens

The centerpiece of the campaign will be a concise 30-second instructional video, effectively conveying the core concept. Alongside the instructional video, we will create tailored adaptations for our physical products, ensuring that the primary message always resonates with the emotions and sensations evoked by each specific item. Rather than simply advertising the product itself, we aim to forge a deeper connection.

Complementing the videos, we will feature radio advertisements that embrace the same principle of highlighting both our institutional values and product offerings. Furthermore, we will employ digital and print media channels to reinforce the central message: “Come and rediscover what truly matters to us.”

Through a multi-channel approach, we intend to engage our audience and ignite a collective remembrance of what is genuinely essential in life.
